About the Role:
As a Level-3 Technical Consultant within our Digital Services team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients digital transformation services. Your expertise will be crucial as you work alongside our clients sales, Pre-Sales, and delivery teams to provide hands-on solutions, from design to implementation, in your specialised area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead technical delivery within set timeframes and budgets, ensuring seamless execution.
- Hands-On Technical Delivery: Design, plan, and implement projects, maintaining post-sales ownership of delivery activities.
- Expert Consultancy: Offer independent, expert consultancy and support on client-facing projects, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Mentorship: Guide and develop Level-2 Technical Consultants, fostering growth within the team.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with detailed industry trends and maintain a strong business acumen to navigate the current business landscape effectively.
Required Expertise:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting environments or delivering projects with the following technologies: Azure, Terraform, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Web and Function Apps
- Virtual Machines, Virtual Networking, Network Security Groups, User Defined Routing
- Network Virtual Appliances, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Bastion
- Application Gateway and Azure Front Door, WAF rules and troubleshooting
- ARM template and PowerShell design and deployment, Logic Apps, Monitoring, Key Vault
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Istio, Dell Boomi, DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous.
- Professional ICT accreditations.
- Proven experience in the implementation of Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions.
- A relevant third-level qualification in IT or equivalent experience.
- Over 2 years' experience as a Technical Consultant in a professional service environment.
- Must be living in Ireland with the right to work fulltime
