Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join the team and drive growth within their Modern Workplace practice. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the practice, including P&L management, team development, client engagement, and solution delivery. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong technical background, combined with exceptional business acumen and a track record of building and managing successful consulting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Modern Workplace practice, aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective P&L management and strategic business development efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other practice leads and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client needs holistically.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the IT consulting industry, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and solutions.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful consulting practices, including P&L responsibility and team leadership.
- Deep technical expertise in the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics and more
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change initiatives with confidence.
