Practice Manager - Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security

We’re hiring a Modern Workplace & Security Practice Lead to join a growing Microsoft practice and play a key role in shaping customer solutions across Modern Work, Security and AI readiness.
This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with sales teams, architects and customers to design practical Microsoft solutions and drive opportunities from discovery through to proposal.
You’ll join an established team of Microsoft specialists (soon to be 20) and help bridge the gap between presales, advisory and delivery.
What you’ll be doing• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops and solution discussions
• Shape Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security solutions
• Drive presales opportunities from discovery to proposal
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions translate into successful projects
• Support go-to-market initiatives including events, campaigns and customer briefings
• Help develop advisory services around Microsoft security strategy, governance and AI readiness
• Strong background in Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security
• Experience in customer-facing architecture, presales or consulting roles
• Solid understanding of tools such as Defender, Intune and the Microsoft security ecosystem
• Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking
