Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute cross-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, paid search, paid social, and organic content.
  • Create targeted lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospective clients.
  • Manage campaign schedules, budgets, assets, and timelines to ensure effective delivery.
  • Design and optimise landing pages, email journeys, and digital content to enhance conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and qualification of leads.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM, and paid media dashboards.
  • Prepare reports on key metrics, including traffic, engagement, cost per lead, and ROI, to inform ongoing strategies.
  • Refine campaign approaches based on data insights to improve results continually.
  • Support SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing activities to maximise outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and engaging website content aligned with industry trends and company messaging.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and sales support materials.
  • Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and emerging industry opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities reflect the brand’s tone, voice, and strategic objectives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, particularly with campaign management and lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of digital channels including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing campaigns from inception through to reporting and optimisation.
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies and conversion optimisation techniques.
  • Confident in analysing performance data and making strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of creating clear and engaging content.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
