Executive Assistant/HR/Office manager

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business as a Permanent Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and HR Coordinator. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including managing complex diaries, email correspondence, and meeting plans.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions from leadership meetings.
  • Support the COO and wider leadership team with administrative tasks, internal communications, reporting, and cross-functional project coordination.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the office by managing supplies, facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Assist with HR duties such as developing policies, employee record management, onboarding, leaver processes, holiday tracking, and supporting recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate business projects, such as an upcoming local office move, operational improvements and ad hoc tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and details managed effectively.

About you:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar supporting role.
  • HR experience
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume inboxes, complex schedules, and multiple priorities with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working independently, using initiative, and remaining calm under pressure
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and other platforms
  • Positive, friendly, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with a proactive attitude towards work and problem-solving.
