The Blueprint (Your Role)Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will hold the keys to our developer network. This isn’t a rigid, micromanaged desk job—it’s a high-autonomy role where you own the strategy. You’ll connect with everyone from independent regional builders to established SME developers, transforming cold leads into lifelong commercial alliances.
Your Day-to-Day Impact:- Hunt & Cultivate: Scout the UK landscape to identify and capture high-value SME property developers.
- Command the Room: Build instant credibility and deep trust with C-suite stakeholders—Managing Directors, Land Directors, and business owners.
- Own the Pipeline: Manage the entire ecosystem of the deal, from initial creative outreach and high-stakes presentations to final negotiations.
- Be the Face of the Brand: Dominate industry events, developer forums, and networking expos across the UK.
- Shape the Future: Feed market intelligence directly to leadership to help pivot and evolve our core PropTech product.
