Now, with a proven model and growing traction, they’re entering a pivotal phase of expansion—accelerating deal flow, entering new markets, and scaling our commercial engine.The Role We are looking for a Partnerships & Relationship manager to help drive the next stage of growth. This role sits at the heart of our business—engaging directly with a network of property agents, generating leads, and nurturing long-term commercial partnerships. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and be instrumental in developing new agent relationships, managing communications, and representing the company with professionalism, warmth, and energy. This is a high-impact role in a growing business where your contribution truly matters.Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with new and existing property agents Represent the company confidently via phone, email, video calls, and at events Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through relationship development Coordinate across internal stakeholders and manage shared diaries Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service and culture What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence Networker, someone that can start a conversation with anyone Excellent verbal and written communication skills Super organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Confident, friendly, and professional demeanour Passion for property, sales, and relationship management Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly (CRM experience a plus) A positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership Preferred Experience University degree (preferred but not essential) Previous experience in the property sector Experience in client-facing or relationship management roles
