The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships & Relationship manager to help drive the next stage of growth. This role sits at the heart of our business—engaging directly with a network of property agents, generating leads, and nurturing long-term commercial partnerships.

You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and be instrumental in developing new agent relationships, managing communications, and representing the company with professionalism, warmth, and energy. This is a high-impact role in a growing business where your contribution truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with new and existing property agents

Represent the company confidently via phone, email, video calls, and at events

Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through relationship development

Coordinate across internal stakeholders and manage shared diaries

Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service and culture

Preferred Experience

University degree (preferred but not essential)

Previous experience in the property sector

Experience in client-facing or relationship management roles
