The role:

  • Design and deliver customised training programmes
  • Coach reps through role-plays, call reviews, deal reviews
  • Help onboard new customers and drive renewals
  • Eventually build and lead a team

You:

  • 3-5 years in sales enablement or training
  • SaaS / tech / cybersecurity background
  • A builder who doesn't need perfection to start
  • Remote (UK-based, occasional travel to London/South UK)
  • £40-50k + renewal commission
