Programmatic Account Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager or Programmatic Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you’ll lead the execution and delivery of programmatic campaigns, ensuring smooth setup, optimisation, and reporting across managed service and PMPs.
This is a client-facing position where you’ll share performance updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure client success. You’ll work closely with sales, creative, and technical teams to enhance efficiency and deliver outstanding campaign results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programmatic campaigns end-to-end, from setup to post-campaign analysis.
- Build, monitor, and optimise PMP and managed service campaigns to meet delivery and performance KPIs.
- Troubleshoot delivery or pacing issues and proactively improve campaign outcomes.
- Provide clients with regular updates, insights, and data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with sales to translate client objectives into actionable campaign strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting dashboards.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
About You
- Experience in programmatic trading, ad operations, or campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with confidence presenting complex information clearly.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, PMPs, SSPs, and the wider programmatic ecosystem.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
