Senior Salesforce Administrator - CambridgeCirca:Salary - Salary Plan, 49,799.00 GBP AnnualThe Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex automation and integrations, ensuring scalability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather and define requirements for Salesforce development, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Your ability to engage stakeholders effectively will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.Additionally, you will oversee and enforce rigorous QA procedures, ensuring that best practices are defined and adopted. You will design innovative solutions and manage the analysis, configuration, and reporting within our Salesforce platform, prioritising tasks to align with organisational goals and stakeholder priorities.You will also establish and enforce Salesforce policies, ensuring adherence to configuration standards, test coverage, and the use of approved Salesforce apps. Your decision-making skills will be vital in maintaining the integrity and performance of our Salesforce environment.We are looking for someone with proven experience in implementing Salesforce, with a focus on complex automation and integration. If you are passionate about Salesforce and have a track record of leading the design and implementation, prioritising tasks effectively, and engaging stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.Key requirements:Salesforce Certified Administrator with proven experience, desirably with Lightning implementation and Process/Workflow Builder knowledge and Apex/VisualforceExcellent understanding of Salesforce platform key concepts, best practices, and functionality, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processesExperience in designing and implementing complex automation and integrations, with knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices.Ability to lead and influence the technical direction of large, complex, cross-functional solutions, including managing relationships with 3rd parties and engaging stakeholders effectively and prioritising workload appropriatelyProficiency in data management and security, including data imports, exports, data quality, data modelling, data governance, and understanding of data protection policies (e.g., GDPR).Experience with third-party applications and integrationsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical audiences and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisationTechnical writing ability to support requirements gathering, solution design, use cases, test plans and documentation for trainingExceptionally high level of attention to detail, supported by meticulous, logical documentation.About the RSCThe RSC is a not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to advance chemical sciences.
