MDT Support Apprentice

An opportunity has arisen in Cancer Services to support the delivery of the national Cancer Waiting Times objectives. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the MDT teams with the management of patients on a cancer pathway in line with national targets. Whilst working towards a Business Administration qualification.

Role

  • Various administration tasks
  • Gathering of reports and information
  • Booking appointments
  • Creating and sending referrals
  • Updating systems
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Use of multiple systems
  • Cover team members during absence or increased activity

Training

On completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to apply for a substantive post within the Trust.
