The Sales People partners with VC-backed startups and fast-scaling tech companies to develop the next generation of sales professionals.

We're hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to work directly with a scaling tech company, one that has invested in the onboarding and training of its sales reps.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be coached, developed and given a genuine path into senior sales positions, this is a strong place to start.

What you'll actually do

You'll sit at the front of revenue growth for a scaling tech company, responsible for building pipeline and creating new business opportunities. Your work will directly shape company growth.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Have conversations with senior decision-makers to understand their challenges
  • Book high-quality meetings that convert into real opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine messaging and approach
  • Feed market insights back into the company's go-to-market strategy
  • Continuously develop your sales skills with structured coaching and feedback
  • You'll be based at The Sales People HQ alongside a collaborative team of SDRs, while being embedded inside a VC-backed tech company — giving you direct exposure to how startups actually build and scale their revenue.

You'll receive:
