Senior MI Analyst

A major UK pension organisation is seeking an MI/BI Lead to own its data strategy and deliver high-quality reporting for one of the country’s largest pension funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the MI/BI framework and data governance
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Turn complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Improve data quality and automate reporting processes
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Risk and Compliance
• Support new systems/data integration and promote BI best practice

What You’ll Bring

• Degree or relevant experience in data/analytics
• BI certification (e.g., Power BI)
• Strong MI/BI experience, ideally in financial services
• Advanced data modelling and dashboard skills
• Strong communication, accuracy and organisation
• Ability to manage confidential data and work under pressure
• DB pensions knowledge
