Senior Business Analyst

Working as a Senior BA role on one of the firm's most significant transformation programmes, you'll be working to implement a new firmwide claims handling platform across both legal and business services functions.

You'll be the kind of BA who loves complexity and working on inter-dependent projects. Skilled at eliciting requirements from challenging stakeholders, building engaging relationships and really highlighting the benefits of the programme to the firm.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading requirements gathering and process mapping across a complex, multi-workstream programme.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders across the firm
  • Supporting and guiding more junior BAs in the team
  • Driving adoption by helping stakeholders understand and embrace change

What we're looking for:

  • Proven BA experience on large-scale, complex programmes
  • Prior experience of working with claims handling implementations or migrations
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills at senior level
  • Someone tenacious, commercially aware, and genuinely engaging
