Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the small and friendly Temporary Staffing team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated Administration Assistant who can work well in a team but can also carry out work on their own.

The successful applicant must be literate, numerate and have a good understanding of computers.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for delivering a service for temporary Bank and Agency staff for all areas of the Trust. Our team are customer focused, efficient and responsive to the needs of the Trust, ensuring all requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner and that shifts are filled as cost effectively as possible.

Person Specification

Education and Qualifications

Essential
  • NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience
  • Good standard of general education, including numeracy and literacy skills

Experience and knowledge

Essential
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation
  • Good standard of numeracy skills
Desirable
  • Previous experience of a temporary staff/agency or workforce function
  • Working knowledge of workforce information systems such as ESR, E-rostering, BankStaff, HealthRoster
