We are looking for a meticulous, process driven Solutions Technology Executive to join our growing team at TST. This is a technical, delivery-focused role at the heart of how TST builds smarter, more automated ways of working, both internally and for our clients.

What would you be doing in this key role?

Internal Data Processes, Agents & Automations

  • Build and maintain automated data workflows across core systems, including Float, HubSpot, work trackers, revenue recognition and forecasting, and project budgets
  • Create workflow automations that save time, improve accuracy, and support scale across the business
  • Leverage AI agents and tools in line with TST's AI best practices, implementing solutions that have real operational impact
  • Apply AI agents and tools in line with TST's AI best practices, supporting the team in identifying and implementing useful use cases
  • Support internal stakeholders with data and technical queries, escalating to the Manager or Head of department where needed.

Client Tech Solutions Support

  • Support project teams on tech-focused client deliverables, contributing hands-on to build and delivery tasks
  • Adapt and convert TST materials for client implementation or platform integration
  • Maintain clear communication within project teams, providing regular updates on technical deliverables and flagging blockers early
  • Support the Manager and wider team with preparation of technical materials for client projects as required

ECO (Early Careers Optimiser) Data & Insights

  • Own data integrity, validation, and quality control for ECO datasets
  • Analyse quantitative data to generate clear, decision-ready insights for ECO Reporting and Marketing
  • Maintain and improve ECO data entry and reporting templates
  • Produce client reports that tell the story of the data through quantitative analysis
  • Monitor industry trends and flag relevant developments to the Manager, contributing to internal knowledge sharing
  • Support the Data & Insights Lead on ongoing improvements to the ECO product

This might be the role for you if you are/have:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft's Power Platform — Power Automate and Power Apps in particular — and an appetite to build on it
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Computing Platform; comfortable navigating cloud environments with guidance where needed
  • Some programming experience in Python and/or PowerShell — able to write and adapt scripts independently
  • Curiosity about and practical exposure to AI tools and agents, with a willingness to experiment and apply them responsibly
  • Solid data literacy — able to structure, clean, analyse, and present data clearly
  • Detail-oriented and consistent in how you approach builds, data quality, and documentation
  • Clear communicator, able to explain technical work in plain language to non-technical colleagues
  • Organised and dependable, comfortable managing multiple tasks and flagging issues proactively to your manager

Do you have this experience?

  • 1–3 years' experience in software design and delivery, data engineering, automation, or a solutions technology role
  • Demonstrable experience building workflow automations or data pipelines using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Computing Platform in a professional or project context
  • Programming experience in Python and/or PowerShell — confident writing scripts and building lightweight tools independently
  • Experience working with AI tools or agents in a practical, applied context is a strong advantage (including Anthropic Claude)
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms — HubSpot, Float, or similar — is desirable
  • Background in a professional services, L&D, or agency environment is a plus
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field is preferred but not essential

Contract duration: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £32,900 pa
