We're seeking driven, English-fluent Remote Outbound Sales Representatives (focused on cold calling and appointment setting) to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for high performers who excel in outbound outreach and want to build long-term recurring income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
  • Effectively pitch our proven automated call/text response and review generation solutions
  • Qualify leads and book qualified product demos for our closing team
  • Leverage provided leads, dialer, CRM tools, proven scripts, comprehensive training, and ongoing support

Compensation (100% Commission – Uncapped Earning Potential):

  • 50% of the first month's recurring revenue for each client you close
  • 30% lifetime monthly residuals on every active client you bring in (true passive income stream as clients remain subscribed)
  • Top performers consistently achieve significant monthly recurring earnings through strong pipeline building and ramp-up

No base salary to start, but this structure rewards results — with realistic paths to significant recurring revenue for consistent closers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native or fluent English speaker with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence
  • Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, SaaS, lead generation, or local services (strongly preferred; motivated fast-learners with strong potential will be considered)
  • Resilient mindset, coachability, and self-discipline for remote success
  • Quiet professional workspace, reliable high-speed internet, headset, and computer
  • Availability for flexible hours with core overlap in US/UK/Canada time zones (preferred for alignment)
