Our client is a looking for a Business Development Executive to join their already successful team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving parts and labour sales by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships and promoting genuine parts, products and services.
Basic Salary of 34,000
OTE of 43,000
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships
Proactively contact prospects from the internal CRM database
Engage with existing customers to establish requirements and uncover new opportunities
Analyse parts sales data to identify growth opportunities within the current customer base
Prepare detailed quotations, take orders and progress them with the relevant internal teams
Accurately record all activity and opportunities within the CRM system to maintain a regular contact cycle
Work closely with all areas of the business to ensure excellent customer service
Essential Criteria:
Experience within the motor trade
Proven sales background with the ability to perform in a busy, competitive environment
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Professional attitude and customer focused approach
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Highly organised, self motivated and disciplined
Strong computer skills
Numerate with attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
