Commercial Paralegal - FinTech

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a globally recognised Fintech company.

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working closely with commercial and operational teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Role

You’ll support the legal team on a broad range of commercial matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (services agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements and supplier contracts)
• Supporting on technology and digital services arrangements
• Advising internal stakeholders on contractual risk and key commercial terms
• Assisting with contract management and process improvement initiatives
• Working cross-functionally with sales, procurement and product teams

About You

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a commercial paralegal role
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (services, NDAs, SaaS, etc.)
• Strong academic background
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and confident engaging with stakeholders
