Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer (Remote | Dutch Speaker | 12-Month Assignment)

We are currently supporting a client seeking a mid-level Commercial Contracts Lawyer for a 12-month interim assignment, starting May/June.

This is a fully remote role, ideally suited to a lawyer who is fluent in Dutch (mid-level or above) and has strong experience in commercial contracts, preferably gained in a tech or fast-paced in-house environment.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Mid-level lawyer with solid experience in commercial contracts
• Prior experience within a technology, SaaS, or digital business preferred
• Comfortable drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
• Dutch language skills (mid-level minimum) essential
• Able to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
• Available to start May/June

Role Overview:

You will be supporting a dynamic business on a variety of commercial contracting matters, including supplier agreements, customer contracts, and general commercial advisory work. The role requires someone confident working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
