Interim Commercial Tech Lawyer - Tech/FS

Our client, a fast-growing fintech business known for its innovative, technology-led approach to financial services, is looking for an Interim Commercial Technology Lawyer to join its in-house legal team on a 6-month contract.

They are experiencing significant growth and are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience negotiating and drafting technology-focused commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and other software/technology contracts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team in a business at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

The role:

• Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, with a focus on technology and SaaS agreements.
• Supporting key business stakeholders on commercial legal matters.
• Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate:

• 4-8 PQE commercial lawyer with a strong background in technology-related agreements.
• Extensive experience with SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and other technology contracts.
• Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously in a fast-moving business.
• Experience working in financial services/payments.
