Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Embedded Talent Acquisition Partner to join The Talent Collective on a contract between 3-12 months. You'll work on one of our several client projects across UK, Europe, Middle East or USA.

This multi-faceted role combines research, candidate sourcing, recruitment interviewing, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of hiring tech and/or non-tech talent (within technology companies)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High proficiency using AI for recruiting.
