Senior Solutions/Enterprise Architect
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions/Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and innovative IT solutions for our esteemed London-based client. This role requires a visionary leader capable of aligning technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring robust and future-proof architectures within high-assurance environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that support business goals and technology strategies.

Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions across various domains, ensuring integration, scalability, and security.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and external partners, to drive architectural decisions.

Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce architecture standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security protocols.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in enterprise architecture within complex, regulated environments.

Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing large-scale IT systems, with a focus on security and compliance.

Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and understanding of hybrid architectures.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance at SC level or higher.
Desirable Skills:

Certifications such as TOGAF, SABSA, or CISSP.

Experience in the public sector, defence, or other highly regulated industries.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Understanding of data governance and information security standards.
