You'll be part of the founding Product team, solving customer problems at scale, with the aim of redefining how future generations consume!

The Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to lead the design efforts on the buyer side of our platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data and other stakeholders to create a world-class user experience that resonates with our diverse consumer base.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play an integral part in supercharging a platform thats solving one of the worlds biggest sustainability problems!

What you'll do

• Design the consumer experience: Lead the end-to-end design process for the buyer journey, ensuring a delightful, intuitive, and accessible experience across web and mobile

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure design consistency and functionality align with business goals

• Create user-centric designs: Conduct user research, develop personas, and craft user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Iterate based on feedback: Use data, analytics, and user feedback to iterate on designs and ensure continuous improvement
