Power Platform Engineer
are delighted to be partnering with an established Glasgow based IT Consultancy who are looking to add a Power Platform Engineer to their Professional Services team. The role will involve working with the Head of Professional Services to gather requirements from clients and present technical solutions to business problems using Power Platform tools.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Platform Engineer to join a dynamic team based in Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone passionate about low-code development, automation, and digital transformation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom business applications using Power Apps
- Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate
- Build interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with governance policies
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed solutions
- Stay current with platform updates and best practices to continuously improve solutions
Skills Sought
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of applications and Azure services
- Proficiency in scripting languages
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
