We’re currently partnering with one of our favourite clients to help them find a great new Technical Support Consultant to join their growing team in a really interesting role that combines project leadership and technical support. You’ll be a driving force behind IT improvements across the business — from supporting internal users to delivering digital transformation initiatives.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in several different things. Responsibilities will include:

• Support daily IT operations, ensuring smooth running of systems and helping staff with technical issues.
• Lead IT projects — think CRM upgrades, Power BI integration, automation tools, system reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless tech experiences.
• Improve data management and reporting, using tools like SharePoint, O365, and Power BI.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity, and system optimisation efforts.

THE PERSON

In order to succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience :

• 3-5 years’ experience in IT support or technical project roles.
• Previous team lead or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows environments, and cloud systems.
• Experience with data tools (e.g. Power BI), CRMs, and document automation.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple projects.
