I am delighted to be exclusively retained by a long-standing client of mine, a well-established, customer centric, SME SaaS provider, who through positive change and exciting growth plans for 2026, are now looking for a new Key Account Manager to join the team.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join the growing team, being responsible for managing a number of existing clients , developing strong relationships, driving sales growth within existing accounts and always ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued customers where you will be instrumental in ensuring their success with the platform, fostering long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
This role requires a blend of relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals, whilst you increase revenue. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to our company's success.
