FinTech Innovation Project Manager
Job Description Our Role: FinTech Innovation Project Manager To lead and manage projects that support delivery of the FinTech Scotland Research & Innovation Roadmap, delivering value for stakeholders within the cluster including fintechs and strategic partners. To work closely with and advise fintech companies providing support and advice enabling their success. This post is full-time, we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours or flexible working patterns . We also support hybrid working on a non-contractual basis, offering a blend of home and on-site working to help you balance work and life effectively The salary for this post is £65,000 to £75,000 per annum. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working across financial services, technology firms, regulators, academia, and public bodies.
- Innovative mindset, with ability to coach and influence to enable industry innovation. Able to identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and support the development of creative fintech solutions.
- Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including emerging technologies, regulatory landscape, and market trends.
- At least three years’ experience in project or programme management, ideally within innovation, technology, or financial services.
