Supporter Journey Executive - CRM

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Supporter Journey Executive to provide technical support, deliver and optimise supporter journeys.

The Role:
• Build, configure and deploy supporter journeys using Dynamics 365/CRM tools.
• Support set up and refinement of triggers, workflows and conditional text.
• Troubleshoot any journey issues and provide resolutions to operational blockers.
• Design and execute journey tests including A/B testing, segment testing and trigger testing.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve processes within the system and provide practical support and advice to internal users.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery throughout your workload.
• This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required once a month on average.
• This is a fixed term contract for 9 months.

The Candidate:
• Experience building and delivering supporter/customer journeys or campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and optimisation.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of data selection, segmentation and marketing operations.
