Account Executive - SAAS Software - Consultative Software Sales

We are working with one of the UK’s leading software companies, renowned for delivering innovative enterprise solutions to both central government and commercial clients. With a team of over 250 specialists, the business has developed one of the UK’s most sophisticated enterprise platforms, streamlining workforce, case, and financial management into a single, integrated solution.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account development. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospects to negotiating and closing high-value contracts. Deal values typically range from £50k to £3m, giving you the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects that transform operations for clients across multiple sectors.

We are looking for individuals with at least three years’ experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales. You should have a proven track record of consultative selling, managing long and often complex sales cycles, and navigating senior stakeholder relationships. An ability to understand client challenges and translate them into tailored software solutions will be key.
