My client is growing fast and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and lead the charge in winning new business .

As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Your key tasks will include:
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into target organizations to uncover their strategic challenges, market trends, and opportunities.
Solution Selling: Use your understanding of the company’s innovative solutions to build meaningful client relationships and effectively communicate ROI.
Executive Engagement: Present and demonstrate solutions to senior executives, building strong connections with key decision-makers across organizations.
What You’ll Be Doing• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - for ERP software, consultancy and managed services• Lead client meetings, demos, workshops and proposals• Identify new opportunities in both greenfield and existing accounts• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue? What You’ll Bring:• Proven success in selling Software solutions to midmarket / enterprise clients / central Government and Public sector• Confident in client-facing roles - from discovery to negotiation• Self-starter with commercial awareness, resilience and consultative selling skills
