This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional with a strong STEM background to play a pivotal role in managing, optimising, and scaling data capabilities across a fast-paced, international environment.

As Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing data operations, ensuring data quality, governance, and accessibility across the business. You will partner with cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, finance, and commercial units, acting as the central bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. This role demands not only technical expertise but also outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

You will lead on developing and maintaining advanced dashboards, reporting suites, and visualisations using Power BI, ensuring the business derives maximum value from its data. Your strong grounding in a STEM discipline will allow you to interrogate data at a technical level, design robust data models, and support data integration projects across multiple platforms and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and governance of data across global operations.
  • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to drive business insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with best practices.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Manage data integration, automation, and scalability projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong STEM academic background (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
  • Proven experience managing and delivering data projects in complex organisations.
  • Expertise with Power BI and advanced data visualisation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
