We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious HR Graduate to join a leading SaaS software company based in Kingston-upon-Thames. As an HR Graduate, you will work closely with the HR team to support a wide range of people-related activities, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and learning and development. You will be part of a small, supportive team, providing the perfect environment to learn, grow, and develop your HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Help organise training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with HR projects, including policy updates, employee surveys, and initiatives to enhance company culture.
• Provide general HR support to employees, answering queries and signposting to senior HR team members where needed.

About You:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Eager to learn and develop within a collaborative team environment.
