We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with deep Infrastructure experience to undertake foundational programs of work to help define and maintain the infrastructure for a global financial services.
the Role is to undertake
- Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy review
- Develop and maintain global infrastructure architecture standards for data centers, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Create infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals.
- Global Network & Security
- Architect secure, scalable global networks with robust connectivity between regions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, SEC, FCA) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies across global operations.
- Cloud & Modernization
- Drive cloud adoption strategies (AWS, Azure) while managing hybrid environments.
- Introduce automation, orchestration, and monitoring tools for operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: the 10+ years in IT architecture roles within Banking and FS, with strong infrastructure expertise in financial services.
- Technical Expertise:Deep knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs), storage, compute, and virtualization.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance in asset management.
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, VMware Certified Professional, CCNP/CCIE preferred
