- Experience working in blended teams (internal + contractors) with milestone and SOW-based delivery

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (Migration & AI Specialist) to join a major Salesforce Service Cloud transformation. This is a strategic, hands-on role with responsibility for leading knowledge migration, deploying Salesforce Einstein AI, implementing Agentforce chatbots, and enabling multi-channel digital engagement.
The project is already in flight, with Salesforce licensing secured and pilots completed. You will be joining a blended delivery team (internal Salesforce specialists + contractors), responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce, Middleware, and digital channel solutions mapped to outcome-based milestones.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end migration and consolidation of knowledge bases into the unified Salesforce Service Tenant
- Architect and deploy Service Cloud AI features, including Einstein and Agentforce automation
- Drive integration and rollout of multi-channel solutions (WhatsApp, Facebook, and other messaging platforms)
- Partner with internal stakeholders and contractors to scope, design, and deliver milestone-driven solutions
- Ensure technical delivery aligns with outcome-based SOW commitments; map milestones to agreed payment schedules
- Provide best practice guidance and technical governance throughout delivery
