The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our business — helping clients secure the right talent while building your own network and reputation in the London Market Insurance & Real Estate space.

You’ll receive tier-one training from day one, designed to turn you into a highly effective consultant. This role blends business development, candidate resourcing, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business development research to identify new opportunities and prospective clients
• Engage with candidates across permanent and contract markets, from initial outreach through to placement
• Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of all client and candidate interactions
• Source, interview, and qualify candidates using multiple channels (phone, video, networking, social platforms)
• Build strong market knowledge to have credible conversations with senior stakeholders
• Deliver against set targets with a focus on quality, service, and results
