Customer Data Administrator

Very excited to be working with this renowned local employer on yet another great position and this time it's a hybrid role that will give you exposure to both sides of the coin in their data team.

We're recruiting for a Customer Data Administrator to join this company in Hemel Hempstead, working in a role where you'd be working with various departments and playing quite an integral part in making sure that the day-to-day operations of the business are moving along smoothly.

In this role you'd be supporting on both digital customer enquiries and also heavily involved in their CRM operations, making this the ideal role for someone customer focussed with good people skills, who is interested in a techy, data and admin involved role.

This is going to be a temporary (to permanent) position for what is currently approved to be an ongoing position where you will be working closely with the head office team in Hemel Hempstead, specifically in their very luxurious and trendy offices in the Maylands area.

You'd be working 3 days in the HH offices and 2 days remotely per week, and standard hours will be a choice of 8-4 or 9-5 with an early finish on a Friday.

This position will be paying an hourly equivalent of £28,000 which will be a rate of £14.96 per hour and will be paid weekly, every Friday.

We are recruiting immediately for this role and looking to get someone started in this role asap.

What to expect day to day?

  • Maintain and update customer records on SAP
  • Support with CRM onboarding, training and implementation
  • Preparation of reports, dashboards, KPI info etc.
  • Live-chat and web-chat management and administration on the e-commerce website.
  • Digital lead management - logging and sharing leads efficiently.
  • E-commerce support - Day-to-day administration support for the e-comm team.
  • Customer Experience Support - Managing and handling customer queries on phone and emails.

What do we need from you?

  • Any prior experience of SAP or a similar ERP would be ideal, but not essential - Training given
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Need to have intermediate Excel skills
  • Good communication skills are essential, both verbally and written
  • A good problem solver with a proactive attitude is a must
