Change Manager
My client is currently looking for a Change Manager for their large ongoing projects. The change manage is an embedded delivery leader within the Services organisation, accountable for ensuring that service process and system changes are not only defined and delivered but genuinely adopted and sustained.
This role combines hands‐on business analysis with project‐level change management, placing equal emphasis on:
• building trusted relationships,
• influencing stakeholders at all levels, and
• communicating change clearly and credibly,
• as on process analysis and requirements.
The role leads change execution within Services initiatives (impact, communications, training, readiness, adoption) and works within programme governance and standards. It does not own enterprise‐wide change strategy or cross‐programme sequencing.
Required Experience
Essential
- 8+ years Change / Transformation roles with demonstrable change execution accountability (not just analysis).
- Strong evidence of stakeholder leadership: influencing, building trust, handling resistance, and communicating effectively across levels.
- Proven hands‐on experience with: process mapping, requirements/user stories, workshops, UAT, readiness and go‐live support.
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, multi‐stakeholder environments.
Desirable
- Experience in Services / Operations / Support organisations (customer‐facing or internal services).
- Exposure to global or multi‐region rollouts and working with external delivery partners.
- Familiarity with structured change approaches (certification beneficial but not required).
