Director of Services

My client is currently looking for a Regional Director of Services to lead and scale the professional and support services strategy across the Northern Europe region.

This is an important leadership role responsible for defining, executing a services-led approach to help partners and vendors deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

15+ years in IT or cyber security services leadership roles, preferably within distribution, vendor, or systems integrator environments.

Strong knowledge of cyber security technologies and delivery models.

Demonstrated success in scaling services operations across a region or business unit.

Proven experience in managing P&L and building commercially viable service practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of channel dynamics, vendor-partner relationships, and the value-added distribution model.

Ability to travel across the region as needed.

If you have experience with some of the following:

Experience with major cyber vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, etc.).

Experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 or ITIL.

Experience with VAR, or MSP/MSSP-focused roles.
