Head of Global Process
My client is currently looking for a Head of Global Process within their business transformation department. The Head of Global Process Ownership (GPO) is a delivery accountable role that defines and delivers the global process blueprint and governance outcomes, prioritising GTM enablement and major platform programmes. The role owns the end-to- end delivery of tangible artefacts (process blueprints, governance, controls, KPIs, and implementation ready requirements) and is measured on adoption and performance improvement achieved through execution with functional GPOs, programme leadership and regional teams.
Essential
- 10+ years’ experience in global Business Process Management / Process Ownership within complex, multi-country organisations.
- 10+ years’ practical experience with BPMN 2.0 (creating, governing and quality-assuring BPMN artefacts for operational use).
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise process standards and measurable adoption in matrix organisations.
- Proven experience translating process design into system requirements (CRM/CPQ/PRM/ ERP), including UAT and rollout readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive decisions across GTM, Finance, Services and IT.
- Professional English proficiency.
Advantageous
- Experience in software/value-added distribution business models and multi-country operating structures.
- Experience delivering Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ or equivalent CRM/CPQ and PRM transformations.
- Experience with MDM/PIM programmes and data governance operating models.
- Experience operating in or designing shared services / regional hub models.
- Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or project/programme management certifications.
