Senior Business Analyst
My client is currently looking for 3 Senior Business Analyst's for an initial 6-month contract to join their busy ongoing projects. The Analyst's will be involved in Process & Change in a senior delivery role responsible for ensuring that business process and system changes are clearly defined, well executed, and successfully adopted within individual projects, operating inside the global process standards defined by the Global Process Owner (GPO).
The role focuses on project‐level execution and adoption. It translates global process intent, into practical delivery on specific initiatives, and ensures that stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and able to operate the change being delivered.
While the Senior Business Analyst plays a leading role in project‐level change execution, ownership of enterprise change strategy, cross‐programme sequencing, and change methodology sits outside this role (for example with programme governance or a central change function where present). The Senior Business Analyst works within those frameworks to ensure effective adoption of project outcomes.
Where project delivery surfaces gaps, constraints, or potential enhancements to the global process, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for raising these for GPO review and agreement before they are adopted.
Required Experience
Essential
- 6–8+ years’ experience in business analysis, process change, or transformation delivery roles
- Strong experience documenting business processes and translating them into actionable requirements
- Proven experience leading project‐level change execution (impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, readiness tracking)
- Hands‐on experience with User Acceptance Testing and business sign‐off
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, multi‐stakeholder environments
Desirable
- Experience working on global or multi‐region rollouts
- Familiarity with structured change approaches (formal certification beneficial but not required)
- Experience working alongside external delivery partners or system integrators
- Experience supervising or quality‐reviewing junior analysts
