Our Needs

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone early to mid-level in their career who is looking to take ownership across a broad range of marketing activities.

You will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels, content creation, and brand development. The role is ideal for someone who is both creative and commercially aware, with strong attention to detail and an interest in working within a fast-paced technology environment.

You will work closely with leadership to help position Thinkn effectively in the market, support commercial efforts, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication across all channels.

Responsibilities

· Support the planning and execution of marketing, PR and external communications initiatives across digital and offline channels, including work across B2B and B2G markets within a technology-focused environment

· Create and manage content for websites, social media and marketing materials, including for technology platforms and products

· Assist in developing brand, messaging, and positioning across Thinkn and its subsidiaries in different markets

· Manage and update company websites and social media platforms, including supporting the LinkedIn content plan and calendar

· Support business development efforts through marketing materials, proposals, and case studies, including for institutional and government audiences

· Coordinate with internal teams across entities to gather content and ensure consistent messaging

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activity, particularly across technology and digital infrastructure markets

· Assist with events, partnerships, and external communications where required

· Support the development of client-facing materials and marketing collateral (e.g. presentations, pitch decks, Figma or similar tools)

· Maintain organised marketing assets and documentation

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field, ideally within a technology, B2B or B2G environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience creating content and presentations (e.g. social media, website copy, pitch decks, marketing materials), ideally within a tech or digital product context

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Analytics, CMS tools)

· Basic understanding of branding, PR, and marketing strategy

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
