Founding UK Account Executive (AI)

London (Hybrid)

4 days per week office

£55k–60k base, £90k+ OTE year 1, £120k+ OTE year 2

This is a rare chance to be the first-ever UK sales hire for a well-funded, high-growth AI company who are offering equity alongside an amazing salary package.

They've just received £multi-million investment.

This is an opportunity to work alongside their founders with a road map to sales leadership within 2 years.

You’ll have real ownership, visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to build the UK sales function around you.

The role

  • You’ll own the full sales cycle, attend key industry events, build partnerships selling an AI solution that is transforming patience experience in health.

  • You'll have an existing base of UK customers with a huge prospect account list to proactively target.

  • You'll be selling to business leader with strong conference-led lead generation so in-person sales skills are valuable.

Progression

This role is designed to move into Sales Lead within 2–3 years , with 12–15 UK hires planned and the opportunity to go on to build and lead the UK sales team.

About you

You need to bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years SaaS sales experience (inc closing)

  • Willingness to work in central London 4-5 days per week

  • Insatiable drive and desire to scale an AI company

  • Intellect to grasp cutting edge AI and be able to articulate to C-Level business people
