Founding UK Account Executive (AI)

£55k–60k base, £90k+ OTE year 1, £120k+ OTE year 2
This is a rare chance to be the first-ever UK sales hire for a well-funded, high-growth AI company who are offering equity alongside an amazing salary package.
They've just received £multi-million investment.
This is an opportunity to work alongside their founders with a road map to sales leadership within 2 years.
You'll have real ownership, visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to build the UK sales function around you.
The role
- You'll own the full sales cycle, attend key industry events, build partnerships selling an AI solution that is transforming patience experience in health.
- You'll have an existing base of UK customers with a huge prospect account list to proactively target.
- You'll be selling to business leader with strong conference-led lead generation so in-person sales skills are valuable.
Progression
This role is designed to move into Sales Lead within 2–3 years, with 12–15 UK hires planned and the opportunity to go on to build and lead the UK sales team.
About you
You need to bring to the table:
- 3-5 years SaaS sales experience (inc closing)
- Willingness to work in central London 4-5 days per week
- Insatiable drive and desire to scale an AI company
- Intellect to grasp cutting edge AI and be able to articulate to C-Level business people
