The Opportunity
- Competitive base salary of £35,000 with uncapped commission (OTE £17,200 in Year 1).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively booking product demonstrations with key decision-makers
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Generating leads through cold calling, prospecting, and personalised outreach
- Designing tailored sales cadences to highlight the company’s unique value proposition
- Staying informed on industry trends, events, and market opportunities to strengthen your sales approach
About You
- Highly motivated to build a successful career in sales
- Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 or above in an undergraduate degree
- Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential
- Proactive, driven, and resilient
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance
