Position: Sales Development Representative
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission (70k OTE)
Our client is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS business and they are expanding their commercial team in the UK! The company builds intuitive, high‐impact software used by operational and field‐based service businesses, helping them digitise outdated processes and work more efficiently. They are scaling quickly across multiple regions and offer strong career progression for ambitious sales talent.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‐paced, high‐growth environments and wants to be part of an energized, collaborative commercial team. As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in generating new business pipeline and shaping the outbound strategy.

Experience Required
- Recruitment / Sales experience would be hugely advantageous, with experience in outbound prospecting: cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach
- Comfortable owning top‐of‐funnel activity and booking new meetings
- Able to source new leads using tools such as LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Confident in maintaining accurate data and pipeline updates in a CRM
- Ability to capture market feedback and share insights with the internal team
- Recently Graduated
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing a robust outbound pipeline
- Booking discovery calls with senior decision‐makers
- Conducting high‐volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels
- Keeping CRM activity up to date with accurate forecasting
- Providing feedback to help strengthen value propositions and outbound campaigns
