SDR Lead

We want to hear from you if you're an amazing SDR/BDR or early in your sales career and have been a teacher, mentor or leader in everything you've done so far, but most importantly have a passion for leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of business development and sales professionals, sharing your expertise and guiding their career development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices across the team
  • Coach team members on consultative selling, stakeholder management, and complex deal negotiation
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to shape the company’s commercial strategy and influence long-term growth
  • Act as a role model for company values, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration

What you bring

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales or business development, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or data-driven solutions
  • Strong leadership experience, with a history of mentoring, developing, and inspiring teams (even if informally!)
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ambition, vision, and the drive to make a significant impact on team growth
