Sales Team Lead
SDR / Outbound Team Lead – Manchester
£40-50K Base with double OTE
We’re looking for an experienced salesperson with management experience to join a well-established IT business in Manchester. This is a hands-on SDR role with the opportunity to build and lead the outbound team.
What the role involves:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
- Managing your own pipeline and hitting targets.
- Coaching, developing, and leading a small team of SDRs as the function grows.
- Working closely with other teams to improve processes and results.
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Previous experience managing and developing a team.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Interested in building a function long-term and progressing in leadership.
