The Role
- Join as a hands-on player/manager role, leading and developing a team of 2–6 BDRs
- Recruit, coach and mentor your own sales team
- Own KPIs, pipeline performance and team output
- Act as the escalation point for key client issues across UK and US

What You Need to Bring to the Table
- At least 1 year of outbound sales management experience
- Confidence in selling with a lead-from-the-front mindset
- Proven ability to book meetings and build pipeline
- Experience mentoring, buddying or managing others
- Tech or SaaS sales experience is highly desirable
