The Role

  • Join as a hands-on player/manager role, leading and developing a team of 2–6 BDRs
  • Recruit, coach and mentor your own sales team
  • Own KPIs, pipeline performance and team output
  • Act as the escalation point for key client issues across UK and US

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • At least 1 year of outbound sales management experience
  • Confidence in selling with a lead-from-the-front mindset
  • Proven ability to book meetings and build pipeline
  • Experience mentoring, buddying or managing others
  • Tech or SaaS sales experience is highly desirable
